Custom Grit Jewelry
I create handmade pieces of jewelry made out of grits. If you
would like to purchase some of my creations please contact me
by the information provided below.
The jewelry that I create celebrates the South and its traditions. By
using grits in my creations I help spread the word about how
wonderful grits are and that exciting things can be made from
simple things that surround us everyday.
One of the greatest benefits of my product is that I use many
recycled materials which is more beneficial to the environment.
My pieces are inexpensive which makes them the idea gift for
groups visiting Georgia.

Who Has my Grits Jewelry
I donate a lot of the grit pieces to non-profit organization. It is so
rewarding when I get feedback from some of the places. Older
people getting excited about a watermelon made from grits and
they can not wait to tell their friends.
I have sent grits to Georgia State Governor Sonny Perdue and his
wife and received a wonderful thank you note expressing their
gratitude; to former President Carter and his wife, who also sent
back a thank you card. A few years ago some ladies from Social
Circle, Georgia had the opportunity to meet President Bush and
they presented him with an American Flag made by me.
I sell to several stores and grit mills across the U.S. One is as far
north as Massachusetts and another one is in Ohio. Of course
